Frame to specification

Every piece is hand-framed in the UK to order. Four mouldings, mount options, and consistent specification across a whole project so forty rooms match.

Visualise before you commit

Share a board with your client showing each work framed, at true scale, on a photograph of the actual wall. They see the finished thing. You keep your pricing to yourself.

Deliver to site

Made to order and delivered across the UK, to your studio, the client or straight to site.

Your client sees it before anyone commits

Most art suppliers send a catalogue. Most consultancies send a PDF. Neither shows the end client what the piece will actually look like on their wall.

Every work on TheArtFolio renders live in your chosen frame and mount, at its true framed size. A diptych is 118 cm wide framed; a triptych is 172 cm. Those are measured figures, not estimates, and the preview reflects them.

You can photograph the real wall and place the work on it, save a set to a board, and send the client a single link. They see the works and the framing. They do not see your margin.

How it works

    The form below takes a few minutes. If you would rather talk it through first, choose that option and we will ring you.

  2. 2 · We come back with a shortlist

    Usually within two working days. Works selected against your theme, palette and budget, with framing suggested per piece and per room.

  3. 3 · You present it

    We set up a shareable board so your client sees each work framed at true scale. Revise it as often as you need.

  4. 4 · We make and deliver

    Once specification is signed off: 3–5 working days to print and frame, 2–3 days tracked courier. Larger projects are scheduled and phased to your programme.

On pricing. We quote per project rather than publishing a trade percentage, because framing specification drives cost more than volume does — the moulding and mount you choose changes the price of a piece more than ordering forty of them. Tell us the budget you are working to and we will tell you honestly what it covers.

Specification

Printed on 250gsm lustre photographic paper with a semi-gloss E-surface — the diffusing finish, which matters in lobbies and corridors where downlights would flare on a gloss stock. Glazed with float glass as standard, 2 mm acrylic on the larger sizes, and non-reflective museum-standard glass on request.

All moulding material carries PEFC chain-of-custody certification (PEFC ST 2002:2020), and every piece is manufactured in the United Kingdom. Specifications, certification references and sample material are available for tender documents — ask.

Security fixtures. Standard framing uses a tensioned string fixture. For public areas, springlock brackets are available on request at additional cost.

Yes, and it is enquiry-led rather than a self-serve login. Send a brief or request a call and we will confirm lead times and project pricing. We quote per project because framing specification affects cost more than volume does.
Can you source art to a specific theme or colour scheme?
Yes. Give us the palette, the mood or the reference images and we will come back with a shortlist from 1,233 works by 307 artists, with framing suggested per piece. Most briefs come back within two working days.
Can you work to a fixed budget?
Yes. Tell us the figure you are working to and we will shortlist against it and say plainly what it covers. If the budget will not stretch to the scheme you have described, we will tell you that rather than quote around it.
Can I show my client the artwork before we commit?
Yes. Every work renders in your chosen frame and mount at its true framed size, and you can place it on a photograph of the actual wall. Save a set to a board and send one link. Your client sees the works and the framing, not your pricing.
How long does a project take?
Once specification is signed off, 3–5 working days to print and frame plus 2–3 days tracked courier. A single room is typically 5–8 business days end to end. Projects above twenty pieces are phased to your programme.
Can you handle a multi-room or multi-site project?
Yes. Specification is held consistently across a project so rooms match, and larger rollouts are scheduled in phases. Tell us the number of rooms or sites in the brief.
Do you supply outside the UK?
No. Everything is made to order and hand-framed in the UK, and we deliver within the United Kingdom only.
