Last order dates
Order framed prints by 11 December 2026 for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Orders placed after that date will still be made and sent as quickly as we can, but we cannot guarantee they arrive in time.
Why framed prints need the lead time
Nothing here is sitting in a warehouse. Each piece is printed, mounted and hand-framed in Britain to the size, mount and moulding chosen at checkout. Framing takes three to five working days, then two to three business days with the courier — five to eight business days from order to doorstep. December is the one month where that gap matters.
Delivery cost and area
UK delivery is free on every order. We deliver to mainland UK addresses only. Tracking details are emailed once the order leaves us. Full detail is on the delivery and returns page.
Buying as a gift
Because framed works are assembled to order, they fall outside the change-of-mind return window that applies to ready-made goods — if a piece arrives faulty, damaged or not as described we will replace or refund it, but we cannot take it back simply because the recipient would have chosen differently.
